This is the starting point if you want to learn more about yourself and take charge of your life using the tools that Ayurveda provides. This consultation will focus on you as a unique individual, and the subtle energies that control and govern your body and mind, and where and how they may be disturbed. This is done through observation, interview, and when in person, a detailed pulse diagnosis called Naadi Parikshai.
You will leave the consultation with a clear understanding of your constitution and a plan of how to manage that better, and to deal with any disturbances that you may be experiencing.
To help you with applying what you have learnt we will provide you with a detailed food list of food items suited to your constitution.
We will also give you a short report indicating your Prakriti and Vikriti (birth and current constitution) along with any Ayurvedic treatment recommendations as necessary and discussed with you during your appointment.

Payment and Cancellation Policy: the time and date of your appointment can only be held and confirmed once payment is received. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be offered if at least 24 hours notice is given. If less than 24 hours notice is given only 50% of the fee will be refunded. There is no refund for a no show.
The consultation and the Ayurvedic diagnosis of my Prakriti and Vikriti, together with the explanation of how this manifests as increased disturbances in physical as well as mental and emotional functions totally clarified how and why I was feeling the way I was.

This consultation takes place usually one to two months after the first consultation and is primarily to check progress with any treatment that has been undertaken, and to look at other lifestyle aspects that may not have been covered in detail during the first consultation. It is also a good chance to ask questions and review your understanding of the fundamentals.
Further follow-up consultations can take place in subsequent months and these will depend on how things progress and typically become less frequent as you learn to manage most lifestyle aspects more easily on your own.
Virtual Counselling Session

This session is suitable for those who would like support from Vaidyar Mani with lifestyle management, relationship issues, spiritual guidance. You can arrange a single session or arrange a series of sessions for better ongoing support.
